Funny how the mind works... I visited both airfields way back in the past, but not by air. Still, with both airfields I felt like I had been there... and indeed I have!

Damn that was quick, yes you are correct. But officially the aiport is called Gloucestershire Airport these days.
Did the Javelin give it away?
Maybe I should not give those hints anymore :wink:

Yes the Javelin gave it away.
I visited the Airport ones, and the Javelin is a beautiful landmark.

Easy one: Chkalovsky 8)
From top to bottom I recognise at least the basic types Il-76, Tu-134, An-12, An-72?, Il-18, Yak-40. Obviously, many/most of the are mil variations, like Il-78, Il-22, stingertail 134s et cetera. Yummie!
