http://www.chiemgau24.de/news/specials/ ... 23599.html: Yesterday at 16.51 LT an Extra 300 crashed after a mid-air collission (the wings of two aircraft in formation struck each other, probably while the pilots were taking up their positions again). One aircraft went down, caught on fire, killing its pilot, the other one could make it to the field, having its pilot into a shock.

The crash site is about 10 meters from a house, and close to the local railwaystation. The railway handled a train just a few moments before impact.

One spectator was hurt on his shoulder due to a fall while running away.
