Munster: 16 september 2010
The Czech AF MiG-15 that should be here, had gone, so did the company were it used to be, as it burned down!
Soest (town):
(297) MiG-21U-600 Preserved, ex NVA
Soest-Bad Sassendorf:
D-IKUR DH104 Dove 2B ex HB-LAR, G-AMEI, (c/n 4296)
D-IMOC Do-28D2 ex Luftwaffe ex 58+32
HA-ACZ Do-28G92 ex Luftwaffe ex 59+24
D-IMOC will be airworthy again for paradroppings. The Kenian Do-28 HA-ACY was today in Eisenach for paradroppings. Both HA-registered Dorniers roulate often between Eisenach and Soest, as were they are needed most at the time. Other planes from EMOOS were not seen as we had a tour through all hangars here.
Bochum:
BB+131 CL-13 Sabre 5 Preserved
A sound-wall is set up in front off this plane, so it is hardly visible from the highway!
Essen-Mulheim:
(454) An-2T D-FKMC, “D-FONE” red c/s
The preserved Polish Mi-2 had dissapeared (or put inside??)
The ex FAF 138 Cap.10B F-GOUP was not seen outside (l/n sept 2009 here)
Ahaus:
25+06 Su-22M4 ex NVA (hanging in carparking “hangar”)
“D-SCHGL” Mi-2 ex Russian AF 34 yel (c/n 510927)
The MiG-23 fuselage had gone, as the company does not have any flight-simulators anymore (only cars). It used to be Virtual Aero, but is now called “Tobit Elements”.
