28th September arrival,

(08-0446)? N131JN U-28A? 319 SOS,1 SOW Pilatus 13 c/n 446

Since acquisition by the USAF in 2008,this airplane has,as far as I am aware,only been seen in South East Asia,and is therefore possibly based here.

Comments,anyone?.

An Asian source also quotes U-28A/PC-12 N415PB as being based in Asia.This airframe is registered to H.Q. AFSOC and was last noted on flight tracker in California in August 2009.

It is probable the home for this airplane is also Paya Lebar AB.

C/n is 445,making any USAF serial for this airplane likely to be 09-0445.
