The 353 SOG MC-130 det ended today,with 6 airplanes departing here to Clark Field,RP.Details are sketchy,with the tail number quoted to ops of Mack 14 not agreeing with it's known hex code.Only 5 airplanes were recorded arriving here(a sixth probably showed up last week when I was out of the counrty).A high proportion of local flying was at night.Known details,

Reviewing the USMC OSA aircraft plan,the operational life of UC-12F 163558 at MCAS Futenma should have ended at the end of the third quarter of FY10(30th June,2010).This airplane is imminently due for replacement by a UC-12F and this airplane is likely to be on delivery westbound to the USA.It has not been recorded departing here(so far).
