However, that's not my reason for posting this message here: I cannot post it on Volkel's Forum but perhaps anyone here knows: given a forecat of a southerly wind, "strength" 2, what would be the preferred runway use at Volkel: 06 or 24?

The wind is totally cross, southeasterly direction ( 150 degrees ), so it could be either direction.
RW 24 is my first guess.
