Q about Istanbul

Hello, next month I will visit Istanbul for work. I have a few hours ,to see some planes.

I will go to the Istanbul Army museum ,the Rahmi Koc museum and the museum near the airfield. Near the airfield there is a Air Academy, wich have 3 F-104's. I looked at Google earth, and I think you can see them from the outside ,where a housing area is. Who has been there before, and is my guess right ?

In town at the Teknik Universitesti is a Do-28-2, is he be seen from the outside ?
