Great shots, and like you can see, bad weather is not always bad, you have nice vortexes then

Hi Viper,

Nice serie of shots. I see a couple of photos that I would be most pleased with if I shot them myself. I even dare to say that some look better BECAUSE of the bad weather. My only advise would be to reset your camera to a little over exposure, as the grey background (very light) in these photos causes your camera to underexpose. If you shoot in RAW it's also possible to (partially) adjust this afterwards, so shooting it right is always better than adjusting it afterwards.

My two favorites are the "drop shot", because it clearly shows vertical movement by the vortex from the wing tips, and the "pull up" shot because of the crisp overwing view with fantastic vortex and nice colorful roundels, burners and brownish exhaust marks on top of both engines. By the way, I do see shadows of the vertical tails on both horizontal stabilizers, so you did have some sunshine during the display.... ;-)
