REQ: C/n for two foreign autogyros in the Netherlands

A French-registered Xenon autogyro is based in Middenmeer with RoAir (51SP/F-JRAS).
A German-registered MTOsport autogyro is based at Lelystad with Autogyro School NL (D-MRVR). Anyone out there having a c/n for these?
