A question about Norwegian F-5s. Were they delivered fresh from the factory?

All US mil aircraft sold through FMS (foreign military sales) are given a US mil serial. That's was 13387 is (64-13387).

Thanx very much. Can't figure out the FY's of the following Norwegian F-5's though: 128, 130, 131, 133, 134, 243 and 244. Any ideas?

use www.scramble.nl/nobase.htm and look at the PreviousID column:

e.g.:
128 PreviousID is 97128
97128 PreviousID is FMS 69-7128
