This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |
Great that it came anyway! I was REALLY sceptical about this one, I thought just like the last few times a Antonov would visit RTM, I was at the airfield for hours, but no... It always went to AMS...gustav wrote:Met de losse hand geschoten. Not very high quality.
Thanks "ssb-spotting" for your tips.ssb-spotting wrote:Hi Nick!
Thanks for sharing your pictures! And I also have seen your post yesterday... always good to have some practice to get own with your new camera!
Possible you're using an automatic program on your camera to take pictures I guess... but try some manual setting to improve the quality of your pictures.
Set your camera to "M" (of manually) and choose the shutter and diafragma by yourself. Keep the ISO-values low (100 of 200 max). It will improve your
pictures! Furthermore it's important you enjoying making pictures!!!

Well, at least you took the trouble actually posting "photographic evidence" of this visit.Met de losse hand geschoten. Not very high quality.
No thanks Nick! I think the most important thing is to have fun with making pictures and spend your time at the airport with your new camera. Quality of pictures is not the only thing, but it makes it more fun to try to improve your pictures. When I was not able to go out for spotting of anything else, I took a seat in the backyard and I made thousand of photos to become own with my camera. Trying different settings, other angles... Just to learn working with my camera. And off course to have fun!Nick wrote:Thanks "ssb-spotting" for your tips.
I've read some articles on the website you gave me, and they seem really helpful.
Hope this will give a further improvement to my photo's.
Thanks again!
