Let Aircraft Industries

"The first L 410 of 2011 headed to Africa

Aircraft Industries delivered the first new L 410 UVP-E20 in 2011. The aircraft took off from Kunovice airport on Sunday, January 23rd and headed to Djibouti. The aircraft with serial No. 2732 will serve for governmental needs as a part Djibouti Air Force transport fleet. Along with the aircraft delivered in analog avionics configuration and standard 19-seat commuter version, also several conversion kits for quick conversion of the aircraft interior were delivered. Those kits enable quick change of the passenger cabin arrangement according to operator’s needs into VIP, cargo or air ambulance variant.

L 410 aircraft, which is well known due to its excellent short take-off and landing performance even on unpaved airfields, the largest passenger cabin in its category (allowing transportation of both passenger as well as many other purposes) and high operational reliability even in extreme temperatures and weather conditions, represents ideal aircraft for commuter operation in Africa."
