De luchthaven van Charleroi is zeker tot 13 uur gesloten nadat een Nederlandse F-16 een noodlanding moest maken op de tarmac van Brussels South. Vier vluchten zijn geannuleerd en er volgen een hoop vertragingen, net op één van de drukste vliegdagen van het jaar wegens begin van de paasvakantie.

Volgens de woordvoerder van de luchthaven bleef de Nederlandse piloot ongedeerd. Het toestel raakte wel beschadigd waardoor brokstukken op de landingsbaan terechtkwamen en giftige brandstof lekte op de tarmac. De brandweer probeert die nu te verwijderen.

Will this "FT" Warthog been put inside today, and almost certainly not been outside anymore on may 11th PM?
Are aircraft inside with SABCA not visible from outside?

You can get accross the field and look at Sabca, you might just see some of the aircraft when they have the hangar doors open as from my experience all aircraft are put inside when not being prepared for (test)flights but the runway is located relatively high (compared to the Sabca tarmac and hangars and the area accross the runway) and therefor blocks part of the view but also causes major heatwaves.
