Indeed, I think the no fly zone will continue as planned but now the NATO has more time to prepare since it is less time critical now.I think this will only partially affect the build-up of a/c in the region. We still have a resolution to maintain. The big question is of course, how will the opposition react on Khadaffis cease fire.
