The 3 recently delivered Mi-17V5 serial numbers 6401,6402 and 6403 were commissioned into service at Bang Khen heliport with the 11th Infanrty Division on Monday,29th March.
The army will decide after a six month eveluation period whether to proceed with an order for a further 3 Mi-17s.
