Spotting @ Decimomannu and Trapani these days?

Hello,

I am planning to go to Deci and Trapani (and Aviano) next week and have some questions which I hope can be answered;
* Is spotting there (including taking pictures) relaxed these days? I saw some pics of the UAE a/c arriving so I am hoping it is......
* When do they fly?
* Do the fly less in the weekend (stupid question probably)?

I guess following the thread http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?p=486439#p486439 and following the news will already give some clues as how the activity will be at these fields. I can't guarantee an unbothered stay at the fence though. But that's up to you to decide..
