Last Sunday we saw 11 Blackhawks outside and 4 Apaches (of which one was canibalized). We could only read one (690), but the number of helicopters is the same as was seen on the 14th on the platform.

Hi everyone,

Is there any news on the upcoming KFOR-det.? Have they arrived in Antwerp by now and awaiting the problems on the river Rhein to clear (sunk vessel near Lorelei since Jan-17th), or have they already departed and are they docked somewhere in que along the river?

MTIA,

Good morning,

Last Sunday 6 February we took the opportunity to take a look at the fence. From the NW-side you have good sight on the ramps in front of the tower and the hangars.
We count 16 UH-60A/L Black Hawks and 2 AH-64D Apaches. Serials were hard to read off but ''near the fence'' only 1 UH-60L left with a grey/blue eagle marking on it's nose (as mentioned in earlier posts this should be 96-26687?). All the others UH-60s left there.
ramps near tower/in front of hangars:
4x UH-60A Medevac: (82-23)756, (88-26)054, (88-26)039, +1 probably 87-24656?

11x UH-60Ls, codes read off were (95-26)649? with a dark yellow star on the nose, (95-26)645 with a grey/blue eagle on the nose + 9 unable to read off.

Would be great of anyone could help us with the other serials.

Thanks,

Per and Maurits
kind regards,

This ones had the big dark blue star (with yellow outline, A Co.): 26645, 26678, 26685, 26692 +1

evening all,

Did anyone visited Coleman Barracks AAF this weekend ?.

I was wondering if the CH-47F's that where seen on the Dutch ship Dynamica where seen at Coleman AAF.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The 6 CH-47F's were outside this afternoon (02-04, around 15:30). Two (08744 and 08750) were near the fence complete with rotor blades assembled and the other 4 were in front of the hangar being worked on. Do not know if these will be moved to the fence as well after finishing the work.

Jan-Pieter Bergmans.

On Sunday morning (03-04) all 6 were near the fence, complete with rotorblades.

On the ramps in front of the hangars were 5 UH-60's and 2 AH-64's, one being worked on.
Anyone for the numbers of those 7?

Cheers,
Perry

We where there around 14.45 and saw the Chinooks, 2 Apaches and 2 Blackhawks.
Anyone for the numbers of these 4?

Yesterday, 05apr11, all six Chinooks were still parked next to each other along the fence, with technicians working on one or two of them.

Near the hangars there were 6 Blackhawks to be seen, and one rotorless airframe, which I presume was an Apache.

On the 08th all 6 CH-47F's were still outside.

07-08746 and 07-08748 were close to the fence. The 4 others were parked in front of the tower. Also 6 UH-60's were seen.
