NOS news reports around 00.05 hrs this Friday there has been a fatal training accident in the United States involving an instructor and a Dutch student, flying an AH-64D Apache helicopter.

According to the offical Dutch MinDef page the instructor Pilot Captain van de Perre was killed in the incident. The student was unhurt. They were flying an American Apache.
