6EUFI JG73 are to be expected for a 2weeks deployment at Nörvenich. (Yes they will fly 2 waves a day) So this field will become active again :respect:

according to the "Kölner Rundschau" online newspaper six Eurofighters from Laage now expected on Thursday, 19th May, performing local missions on Friday, Monday and Tuesday and will be leaving Wednesday 25th May.

Like already mentioned in the SIS, 6 EF2000 from JG73 are expected at ETNN, tomorrow. They are scheduled to arrive at arround 1030-1100lcl, and wil fly a mission (4 acft) in the afternoon..........

2 Waves a day are planned, with max 4 EF2000 from JG73, each!! Will be there on monday, to catch them in good light conditions :lol: You also can expect 2 locals a day. Makes 6 EF2000 in total per wave, if everything goes right!

Looks like their detachment is "reduced" to a few days only. They are expected to leave again on Wednesday morning!!

On the 23rd,

4 Laage Tiffs flew in the morning,

30+53 Pack 1
30+62 Pack 2
30+46 Pack 3
30+52 Pack 4

plus based jets,

30+40 Hammer dep 09.40,returned 11.29 flew one app to Geilenkirchen
30+60 Smash dep 09.32,returned 10.56
30+66 Vader dep 10.03,returned 11.12

In the afternoon a fifth Laage jet flew,30+55 as Shock 3.

The weather was blue plus throughout,with a max temp of 25C.

First stop on the way to Turkey with HJB from Brüggen and the following were noted (no radio as the destination was Turkey),

Visiting on the 10th of June was EF2000 31+21 from JG-73,this departed at 15.08 on the 14th to Laage calling Judge.
