Vid of Tu-154 with control problems? Anyone more info?

The Tu-154 shown in this video is apparently in some serious trouble. Good to see it ended well.
All I could find is that the A/C involved was RA-85563 and was flying on 29-4 from Chkalovsky airbase during a maidenflight after storage. Anyone know more about this?

VIDEO: Tu-154 struggles against in-flight oscillation

Extraordinary video images have emerged of a Tupolev Tu-154 apparently suffering serious in-flight oscillations shortly after departing from an air base in Moscow.

Text accompanying the images indicates that the aircraft - whose registration is given as RA-85563 - was flying from the Moscow Chkalovsky base on 29 April.

Details of the incident remain sketchy and unconfirmed but a series of video clips shows the aircraft departing, before it appears to encounter problems in lateral and longitudinal control.

It eventually returns to the airfield to land.

Unconfirmed reports suggest the aircraft was conducting a maiden flight after long-term storage.

Very weird clip.

The pilot even manages to make a perfect fly-by over the runway while oscilating (at (about) constant altitude) and than makes a perfect landing. Also, the utra long runway at nearby Zhukovsky wasn't an option for safe landing?

Looking at the video, I think it was not a flyby but the downwind part of the circuit to land.
The airplane comes from right to left, high above, thenfrom right to left, farther away to land.

It looks like a dutch roll, Indicating some problems with the rudder alignment, yaw damper or aileron alignment.

Looking at those pics I think these pilots had one hell of a big beer afterwards

But does anyone have a source where a possible cause is listed. avherald.com does not mention this incident.

Already found that apparently aileron and stabilizer controls were lost and landing was made using only throttle and rudder

Without elevator the pilots would not be able to rotate, unless with stabilizer. But then they would have flown on stabilizer and power. Furthermore, losing aikeron and elevator, probably due hydraulic loss, is not a cause for a dutch roll.

The video was shown on the Belgian news (VRT), where it was said that the Tupolev was wfu for 6 years due to techical reasons.
As the military wanted to known what kind of technical reasons, they decided to do a testflight with this video as result.
Guess the Tu-154 is now wfu, permanently...!
