During my visit on Friday 8 July I also saw Hawk T1 XX307 of 208sq as well as Wasp HAS1 G-BYCX, ex SthAfrNavy. SeaKing HC4 ZD627 is confirmed, photoproof.
When going through my photos I came across some more additions and a single correction. To start with the error: Lynx XZ563 is an HMA8.
I also saw (and photographed):
LynxAH7 XZ192 with Marines titles
ScoutAH1 G-CRUM, still marked XV137
SeaKingHC4 ZF115 (arctic camo), which gives me some doubts as to the correctness of the other 2 SeaKings in arctic camo. Only two flew that day. Are the pair which Richard de Florennes reported correct? Or did I fail to notice one aircraft that didn't fly?
Well about the snowcamo S-Kings on the 9th both snow camouflaged S-Kings flew ZE425/WR and ZF115/R and small code WV was also carried so that might cause the confusion ZE425/WR was hard to read a bit dirty ZF115/R/WV was the cleaner one.
ZF122 wasnt seen by me neither on the Airday the 9th and during a visit to the hangars at the 15th.
So i cant tell you if thats a snowcamo.
But the story goes there are only two snowcamo S-Kings around.
