Being a mechanic, we tend not to think highly of pilot skills.

And the part of f*ckup, it should be obvious, pilot error no doubt (to me) Steering was working, judging by the tire marks on the runway.
So he either started his turn on the wrong section of the runway (to narrow) or with to much speed (wider turn) or he was not on the edge of the runway when he started his turn (plain dumb).
I wouldn't be so plain in words if he would just have stopped after going of track, but if you look at the last photo, he just gave a serious amount of thrust to try to get himself out of it,....
Stupid busdriver!
(Offcourse, this is my personal opinion, pretty sure others don't agree. But i would like to here others opinions.)
