It is not very common but on the other hand not unusual to have them on UHF, when switching to London it is 9 out of 10 times to UHF 259.600
regarding callsign, this one can be expected at either Buchel, Kleine Brogel, Volkel etc etc in the near Future..Asume currently inbound Ramstein now?
