At Köln-Bonn the Tag der Luft- und Raumfahr will be organised by DLR
In addition to the usual suspects (like D-ATRA, A380 and some military) an interesting participant will be:

The Antares and the Do-728 won't be in Köln, they will be at the DLR location in Göttingen, which is open on the same date.

The German Air Force only has 1 A340 at the moment
OK, Unfortunately. It was mentioned in the official program:
Auch die Luftwaffe als Partner des "Tags der Luft- und Raumfahrt" beteiligt sich mit Flugzeugen, so dem ECR Tornado, der F4 Phantom und dem Eurofighter sowie einer Transall C160 und dem Airbus A310 MedEvac, der bereits für internationale Hilfsmissionen im Einsatz war. Zum ersten Mal in der Öffentlichkeit zeigen sich die beiden Airbus A340 der Flugbereitschaft der Bundeswehr.
