Friday marked to entry in to service of the first P-3AM Orion for the Brazilian Air Force.
This is the first time in about 15 years (since the Trackers were retired), that they have a ASW capability again. A total of eight are being modified by EADS in Spain from a number of retired USN P-3A airframes.
