Two killed in helicopter crash in Liege

Tuesday, October 18, 2011, 13u30Auteur: SDG in Soumagne in Liege is a helicopter crashed Tuesday morning, while the two occupants were killed. On the ground there are no victims.

it is a helicopter from Heli and Co. Spa that flight control Fluxys performed. The pilot and copilot survived the crash.

Perhaps four on board?

Edit: apparently not, just two and they perished... The Heli and Co machine was doing pipeline control for natural gas company Fluxys.

The helicopter involved was a Belgian registered one from Heli and Co, so...

EC120 Colibri F-HACI is now OO-HCI.

Indeed if I see a picture of the crash it seems to be OO-HCI. Sad news....:-(

Correct, it's Eurocopter EC120B Colibri OO-HCI (c/n 1581, rgd. 23feb2011 to Heli and Co, ex F-HACI). A very tragic accident .....
