Nice MD-11 captures! Found a nice spot somewhere? ;)
Would have been absolutely great shots had they been sharp.

I was at SPL today as well. here are some of my shots.

#1 - Nice KLM addition in the background.
Image

#2 - The wind from the engines must have been much warmer than the wind I was standing in.

#3

#4 - Crosswind take off!
Image

#5 - I prefer to see this from the other side.
Image

#6 - One World bird on it's way to runway 24. Was expecting 18L. Did capture it from two sides in one shot! :)
Image

#7 - Boring side-on shot, tried to make it more interesting with the tower on the left and the KLM tails. A departure in the background would have been the finishing touch.
Image

#8 - Like so, I like the shot (3x MD-11).

@Derice, Nice shots :respect:

I also tried to capture the cathay "one-world" A340. I was hoping for a bankingshot of the 24.

1. Part 1: Take off from 24, check.

2. Part 2: Banking, check. Oh wait, she banks the wrong way. :x

great shots of the CX. Wonder why they didn't use the whole body for ONEWORLD, JAL does anyway.
