The Corniche,Doha Moharram 23 1433AH

On this day the annual Qatar National Day celebrations are held in the capital city,Doha,centred around the area of seafront known as the Corniche.At an unspecified time during this event,a flypast and aeronautical display takes place utilising a significant proportion of the airplanes of the Qatar Emirati Air Force.

Spotting from outside the airport perimiter here is not advisable and there are posted 'no photography' signs.Any flouting of this will lead to confiscation on the spot of any photographic equipment.You have been warned!.

There are at least 3 different sets of police/security driving around in 4 wheel drive vehicles looking for trouble.
