Now en-route to Sicily is NOW333. My guess is that it's a C130.

I think it's a P-3C from Norway for the exercise Proud Manta 2012 ;)

The clue to the type and unit is in the callsign,333 SKv is the RNoAF P-3C unit.The C-130Js are usually in the NOW50xx range.

Thanks for the clarification. I was assuming the type of aircraft from its speed and cruising level!

The Norwegian P-3C will take part in the NATO exercise Proud Manta 2012.

NAF46 just entered Greek FIR out of Cairo FIR, reported destination Sigonella. Presumably KDC-10 T-264.

March 20th: AME2202 (P-3 221 Esc), currently south op PLH, dir LORNO, just reported destination LICZ, Sigonella. Reaching LORNO at 11.15Z
