Budget cuts?
Just very curious to see what happens if Serbia is not be excepted to the EU, and indeed commit to their statement of allowing Russia to open military bases on Serbian soil, including air bases.
On the other hand, if the Serbs would start to understand the hobby, and tolerate spotters along the fence line, I would be the last to complain...

I presume you mean accepted (which means something 180 degrees different)?
