Objective
Our goal is to create the greatest air show ever held in the north of Norway.
Bodø Air Show 2012 is a celebration of four big events:
– Bodø Airbase is playing an important role for Norway with its big capacities and strategic location. We are celebrating its 60th year of service.
– The two first squadrons of the Royal Norwegian Air Force, 331 sq and 332 sq, are celebrating their 70th year of service in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
– 2012 marks a century of military aviation in Norway.
Even some participants are already announced in the Bodo 2012 program:

Swedish AF Historic
Flyvåpenets Historiske Skvadron
RNoAF F-16
P-3 Orion (333 skv)
Seaking (330 skv)
Bell 412 (339 skv)
NH-90
DA-20 (717 skv)
Herkules (335 skv)
Belgian Air Force F-16
Also announced that the vintage Norwegian F-104 might be flying at the airshow and a F-86 will be in the flying program as well. According to the Bodo airshow website, 110 aircraft are confirmed for the show (although this includes all the civil light stuff etc)
Not sure about the translation, but it looks like they are anouncing a Norwegian AF flypast with all helikopter types (including NH-90) with a miximum of 9 airframes, and there will be a formation of all fixed wing aircraft of the RNoAF . If anybody who can speak Norwegian can confirm? See text:
The Norwegian Air Force has a number of different aircraft and helicopters. In Bodø Air Show 2012, we focus on having all the air. At the same time.
The Air Force has a lot of different missions, and therefore needs many different types of aircraft and helicopters to carry out their missions in a good way. In Bodø Air Show 2012, we focus on getting and medical types in the air at a joint exhibition to demonstrate how they are working together.
Today, the Air Force all four helicopter types - Bell 412, Lynx, Sea King and the new NH-90. In addition to four types of aircraft in operation and a trainer, it will be up to nine computers in the air simultaneously. It is rare for one will see the F-16, DA-20, Hercules C-130J, P-3 Orion and Saab Safari while in the air, and when provided with additional helicopters, this is something that is really worth to go!
In connection with flight no, there will also be a fabulous pyrotechnic show. There will be a lot of smoke, flames and much much sound!
From the sound of it, this is a role demo, with all the different types operated by the RNoAF in the air at the same time to show how they would be working together in a real world scenario. So, it's not nine aircraft in the air at once, but nine different types of aircraft, sounds interresting
