Well, this may mean the first ever manufactured Northrop NF-5 was lost in this fatal crash...

Until March 1984 K-3001 was involved in testing work.

Nice pic, but I prefer the Dutch K-3001 as this was a real special one, you know...

Odds are almost 100% that it was 3001. The black thing marked "3001" in the Turkish pictures is the parachute and drogue chute housing of the (new) ejection seat fitted on the aircraft. It can be seen behind the groundcrewman's head in your picture. The ejection seats of THK/TS NF-5's display the serial of the aircraft they are fitted in on the l/h side of that parachute housing; that is the white mark (just above the red mark) on the housing in your picture.
