Correction, tailplane configuration makes it deffo no Buffalo. It's probably a DHC-4T Turbo Caribou.

The most probable DHC4T I can think of is 238
Pen delivered Turbo Caribou N238T (cn 238) in September 2011.
It was registered to a holding in Oregon named Aughrim.
By Late september it passed though Europe and was reported as heading to central Asia.
