Have you ever looked at LibreOffice?
This is an open source project and a successor to OpenOffice. Both are more or less clones of MS Office and in both you can use your MS office files. With some minor restrictions, but it is certainly doable. LibreOffice is also available for MAC, so at least in theory you should be able to open your old Excel files in LibreOffice on a MAC.

Hi Crizz, I took a look at Filemaker for MAC, but i can't get an idea about what the programm is, how it works, etc. On there website there is a list of features (some features sounds very usefull), but I can't see any screenshots of what you can do with it. And also the price is very high.

Currently I am running Windows on my MAC (with Desktop Parallels) and I am using the Spot2log software to manage my photos. Okay, I am a civil spotter and the spot2log software is pretty good for what I need. I am missing some features, but I don't know any other software that is compatible with MAC.

I was just wondering, does someone know some kind of serials database for the iPad? Okay, you can use excel or something like that, but I don't know if there is some kind of software for it.
