I'm local. I was in work where I can't hear aircraft comms, but I did catch some on LiveATC. IT sounded like two T-38s landing at Dulles at the end of their photo mission on Thursday morning. Callsigns were Pluto-98 and Pluto-99. I only logged N908NA landing at Dulles.

N960NA was also in the area yesterday, but it's altitudes recorded by my Radarbox don't match for going in or out of Dulles. I picked it up at 3000ft at 1036 local and it had left the area and up to FL360 by 1047.

I'm looking forward to getting some video and photos of the Discovery delivery in a few weeks.
