The Hornet crashed into an appartment building....
Both pilots ejected, hope no one is hurt on the ground.

Looks like a flame out in the right engine, see the open nozzle.

It crash shortly after take off from its home base NAS Oceana.
Should be a bird from the VFA-106 "Gladiators"

According various US news agencies the aircraft involved is a F/A-18D

As for now, seven people injured, no deaths so far.
