Yes... that used to be Cessna-500 OO-LCM, which has been registered N50812 at least since 2007, but that registration might never have been painted on.
I saw it in 2007 at the fire-practice site at Zaventem.
c/n is 500-0036, ex: OO-LCM, N18HJ, D-IEXC, SE-DEU, OY-DVL, N536CC.
Used to be a very well known bird in the Netherlands.
