Found a nice PDF file with information about aircraft survivability.
Most interesting part: The pictures and article about AA-1, the first produced JSF CTOL aircraft. This aircraft flew to China Lake on 17 december 2009, its 91st flight, and was used for live firing testing. Published by the Joint Aircraft Survivability Program Office.
