Hi Wolbie,
I have been following this State77 for a long time, i am now pretty sure i know what it is.
This bird is poping up on the SBS box of Livemode-s with bogus HEX 00010, and listed is listed there as a Nato E3A which is incorrect!
In the callsign box it either shows nothing or 2477.
I checked your logs for the last two months, and put them alongside the SBS logs on Alberts side.
9 out of the 10 times when your State77 climbs out of Souda , HEX code 00010 with 2477 in the callsign box pops up in SBS.
If you go to http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?p=493759 you will find a log from Patrick Moonen stating :
2477 CN.235 USAF (all white c/s)

Callsign State77, callsignbox 2477, visual confirmation in Souda, flightlevel and nature of the mission..... , all of this could be a coïncidence, but a am pretty sure this is a sneaky CN235 operating out of Souda for almost a year now.
Now Patrick , i and i guess many others would love to have more info on this 2477 CN235, so let's hope someone has more visual sightings or even better pictures, or even better a constructionnumber for this bird.

Always wondered what kind of a/c this was, never heard a a/c type confirmation or any other clue. But you're definitely right about the connection with the 2477 flt, never noticed it myself, but now that you mentioned it: May 21st I heard STATE77 with sq 2012 departing Souda, the Maltese boxes on mode s-logs showed 'E-3A 2477' a little bit later with sq 2012.
So most likely sneaky CN235 2477, there's definitely still some sneaky ops going on in that region, Do-328 73091 'MAGMA40' was active in the region 2 weeks ago, and what i think is an EP-3E is flying regular missions direct Libya out of Souda (last noted as 'DR25' on May 19th). Another airplane with a State callsign is ex USE Jakarta C-12C 76-0171 which was operating from Souda Bay last year.This was using State 71 as a callsign.

I know it is not a big help, but at least it is a photo of the mysterious all-white CN.235. In the latest issue of the greek magazine HAF Yearbook, there is a photo of the aircraft. In the link below you can see a thumbnail of the all-white CN.235, in the article about US involvement in Unified Protector from Souda. Unfortunately there is not a larger image available online:
