Spotting in Tokyo area. Please help me.

Hello everyone,

Next year, I want to go to Japan for a plane spotting trip, which also includes taking photographs. But since it will be my first solo spotting trip outside Europe, so I really need your help.

- Which are the best websites for spotting information? My airports of visit will be Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda and Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airports.
- Are there local spotting groups in Japan who can help me out?
- Maybe you know some local spotters at the earlier mentioned airports? If you do know local spotters personally, I would like to know this, since they can maybe help me too.

I truly hope you can help me out here. Thnx in advance.

This website might answer most of your questions already. At least it did for me when I went to Tokyo two years ago. I am not a photographer, but the spotting guides for Narita and Haneda are really a big help.

I have a question again, regarding the Pokemon 747's of ANA. Does anyone know when they will be taken out of service? I want those birds so I really want to know. Thnx in advance.
