I don't notice the camouflaged taxiways, but that's perhaps because they did a very good job.

Somehow the runway doesn't seem to be straight or is there something wrong with the image?

There are quite a few air formerly deserted bases close to Taiwan/RoC that are upgraded to reserve base the last decade. Most of the times no unit is based , so they are not included in the Scramble Orbat.

Normally about 24 black squared holes can be spotted indicating the back-end of the HASes (or go to older GE pictures, to see them being build)

could be, that the runway is on a hill?

could be, that the runway is on a hill?
The terrain the base is on was originally quite hilly, I believe the terrain was mapped long before the Chinese cleared and flattened the area for the base, so when the satellite images were taken and overlaid onto the hilly terrain in Google Earth, it had that strange undulating look.
