ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

On our 4th day of our Switzerland trip we descided to pay a visit to Alpnach to shoot some helicopters, as there was a repetition course going on at Alpnach. Weather was perfect with 23°C and sun all day long. Flying activity was good with a lot of cougar and EC-635 flights. Unfortunatly the German Army CH-53 that was detached didn't flew because of the strong winds in the mountains. Luckely the German Army BO-105 did a flight in the afternoon. Unfortunatly they just started to remove the spottershill near the small runway. Really sad as this was a great spot...

As you can see it was quiet special to have still snow on the mountains at the end of April, as the week before we arrived it still snowed over there...

Great pictures, great weather aswell by the look of it!

Such strange colour on the T-333 :S... looks like some kind of a snot coloured camoflage... :|
