http://www.natodays.cz/first-ever-publi ... heads.newsDue to the operational commitments in the Air Policing mission over the Baltic states, there will be no Czech Gripen solo display this year.”We only have a certain number of aircraft and pilots,” explains Verner. He promises an attractive ceremonial opening with a group fly-by of the Czech Air Force. “This year, we want to emphasize the helicopter force more than in the past,” concludes Verner.

I dont think so. I think, that it will be 2x MiG-29AS and one UBS, the solo one will probably participate also in dogfight. We do not have enough MiGs to send 4 AS to OstravaJA37 wrote:Best exchange possible!Screenes wrote:Slovak Air Force 2x MiG-29 dogfight added and British Tutor display cancelledThey will do dogfight as well as solo demo!!! 4 MiG-29AS coming to Ostrava!

I'm not Leadfoot but I guess what was meant by that statement is that standing below a display line is a totally different (and stunning) experience compared to being at the crowd line. If you have not done this before you might be scared by passes like at 5:00 here:GaRi wrote:Moreover, I'd like to ask to Leadfoot what he means for "bit scary" when speaking about the nearby agricultural area.
Thanks p2philip, now I understand that I'd completely misinterpreted Leadfoot's sentence. If I succeed in being there next week I think one out of the two days I'll stay there!!p2philip wrote:I'm not Leadfoot but I guess what was meant by that statement is that standing below a display line is a totally different (and stunning) experience compared to being at the crowd line.
