Noted on GE at Zamboanga Airport, Philippines a Citation with an AEW Radar on top of the fuselage look like an E-2/E-3
6°55'17,52" N 122°03'37,67" O

Someone with more Infos ?

Just a trick of the light in combination with a blurry satellite image. What you see are just the Citation's engines.
