De vlucht vandaag was gefiled als NEPTUNE31 kan jij NEPTUNE33 bevestigen???

Otto (from Dutch ATC) refers to the fact that the link was for the 17th. He also states the flight for today was filed as Neptune 31 and asks whether you can confirm it actually was flying as Neptune 33.

i can confirm i heard neptune33 ! but i dont know if it's connected with otto's link i just guessed that it might be. he landed at leeuwarden anyhow. thanks frank.
