No working homepage of the Scramble website.

Seems like also the scramble email addresses are affected. Tried to sent an email to stefan but I got a message from mailer-daemon that they could not deliver the message.

No mail, at least for me, since yesterday as well.

After last evening call, which proofed to be an empty promises, just made another call and they are going to investigate it....

Sorry we have no indiciation when the website will be up and running again.

Indeed all @Scramble.nl e-mail addressess are not working.

When i try toe open the homepage I get the message that there is a problem with the security certificate.

That is because it cannot be verified. Don't bother, you would only reach a maintenance page as long as you get that message.

Our hosting provider merged with another hosting proivder. Last week they migrated the data to new servers because of security issues. This was done via a script. Which works fine, if you website is not too large. As our website is 22 GB large, this concerned some trouble. Now they have to look for the back-up, which is at an server, where two people have access to. Both people are on vacation / not available. So the problem is very complex and the solution not so straight forward. They try to get the e-mail working today, but no guarantee.

Murphy's law or bad planning / engineering by our hosting provider.....
