Heb wel een iPad en zit vanaf Maandag in het buitenland. Helpt dat?

Euh nee

Het gaat om het feit dat je een buitenlandse I-Tunes account hebt. Apple schijnt nieuwe apps per land te releasen. Dus een nieuwe app kan al in de Nederlandse I-Tunes store staan maar nog niet in de Belgische bijvoorbeeld.

Het gaat primair om het I-Tunes account, is deze geregistreerd in Nederland of Belgie? Bij mijn weten bepaalt Apple dit aan de hand van het land waar de credit card is uitgegeven / geregistreerd staat (indien deze gegevens zijn toegevoegd)
