Maastricht UAC / Lippe Radar freqs

Hi,

Question about UHF freq for Jever/Jever High sector:

When I look at the Upper Air Route Structure Chart at http://www.eurocontrol.int/articles/atc-charts, I see for the Jever Sector the UHF freq 371.775 belonging to FL 345 + and also FL 345 -. What are the exact FL's for these freq? At the same map, in the same area, I see freq 337.700 as Lippe North, but without a designated FL. Between which FL's is the freq 337.700 active? Most of the time I hear mill traffic on the 337.7 and 314.6 freq's instead of the sector freq's.
Are the other Maastricht UAC sector freq's also interesting to monitor mil air enroute traffic?
