If you mean our airfield guides: you can use these co-ordinates to reach the spotting locations described.
If you mean the air force overviews: the co-ordinates locate the airfield concerned, often the middle of the main runway.
Yes, the co-ordinates mark the point to which you can travel for the spotting points. In 95% of the cases this means travel by car. The point is the destination, you can use it in navigation equipment to get there.
