just a small remark about what was printed in Scramble nr. 400 on page 94 :
Quote; "Somewhere in between them was the 600th SF260 delivered by Alenia Aermacchi."
In my view that would be "100th SF.260" delivered by Alenia Aermacchi, previous Aermacchi.
I have a total of 119 aircraft delivered by Alenia Aermacchi from the Venegono plant.
Alenia Aermacchi recently reported in a press issue that it delivered the 900th overall SF.260 to an undisclosed customer, with a grand total of 906 aircraft.
Which leaves some Siai Marchetti SF.260 aircraft not built or scrapped when they remained unsold.
As the last Siai Marchetti SF.260 construction number was 851.
54 airframes not built bij Siai Marchetti ?
